Actually, it shows how slimy and low Democrats are. They use the courts like a weapon against their enemies and expect no retribution in return.@FastLane and @T. A. Gardner have not reconciled how dumb, even the smartest magats are, who are the ones in leadership.
What Fastlane said parallels what Terry said would happen when James and Comey were initially indicted and Terry said they would almost certainly plead out before it even went to court because 'the DoJ has a 95%+ conviction rate'.
I, and almost every single person who understand Magat incompetence laughed at that knowing you cannot use prior competent DoJ rates and apply that to when magats take over staffing and use their form of DEI hiring to lower competence. Something that has proven out to a staggering degree as Trumps DoJ fails at records rates on their signature case indictments and prosecutions with failure rates that are almost paralleling the success rates of prior DoJ's.

There’s no evidence that it wasn’t a mistake or that there was any intent to defraud anyone.

It was the magats prior who even set up special Jurisdictions in Florida and Texas where they could ensure they could seat a magat judge as the ONLY ONE who could get certain cases they would bring when seeking nationwide injunctions. something the nation had not seen prior.
They were feeding the extremist Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk all their most political lawsuits so he would block things.
This case, in particular was one the Supreme Court had to reverse his extremist Nationwide Injunction that had no basis in law and was only based on his religious views as a prior 'anti abortion crusader'.
