Liam and his father are but a small part of the thousands that have been released after being picked up by ICE.

Yeah. And people that arrive and the border and ask for asylum are not in violation of that law. Why is ICE picking up those people?

Nope, they are not. Show us the language that illegal entry makes it a "federal" crime. 8.U.S.C. & 1325 does not say that.
