Both.Which, her winery or the "attack"
Seems to be a Somalian way of life.More like Omar's whiney scam...
There's plenty of evidence that points to it being a scam. No "brick and mortar" location. No identifiable vineyards producing the necessary grapes. Website and internet pages scrubbed thoroughly to remove all evidence of the business once it was called a "scam." No paper trail of sales, employee records, or other business-related documents. There is no proof of scam.

And no license to produce alcohol ever. There's plenty of evidence that points to it being a scam. No "brick and mortar" location. No identifiable vineyards producing the necessary grapes. That pretty much screams "SCAM!" to any reasonable person.

Because for a reasonable person, a real business has a verifiable location where it operates from, maintains records of things like employee pay, and has things like actual inventory. A winery requires vineyards for grapes. A winery requires a building to turn those grapes into wine that's full of equipment to do that. A winery has a stock of bottled product that is tangible.Because you say so?

Omar's operation has none of that.
A reasonable person would conclude that a "business" lacking anything that would make it a business is probably not a business. Further, if they saw that said non-business was courting investors and raking in piles of cash from somewhere that the likelihood that the business is a scam is approaching 100%.
Would you invest in a business that had nothing but the owner's word that it was a business going for it? I know I wouldn't.

You cannot speak for "most people.". She was tough. She went after him and then insisted that she finish her meeting. I thought all the pretend-to-be-tough Trumpys would admire that.Yeah most people would have immediately changed their clothing. Something seems fishy.
Yes. Sounds like a scam to me. Normally, in business, you can produce records of earnings and losses that are precise, not something like "earned between $15,000 and $50,000 dollars..." That is so grossly inaccurate as to represent either a guess or bullshit pulled out of your ass. That's the sort of numbers a business reporting to the IRS ends up audited and people going to prison for it.I see no source. No links.

Oh, I don't need sources or links beyond what you've posted yourself to figure those things out.
As for "evidence," the article says that too. So far, the only sort of evidence that's missing is the sort courts need to bring charges and prosecutors need to get convictions. But, as it's often said, Where's there's smoke, there's fire. It looks like this is headed towards lots of evidence coming out that does result in charges. Omar's winery and her latest hubby are already being sued by investors for defrauding them. That doesn't look good.
