An irrelevant question. An appropriation bill has been passed in the form of a CR. A CR is a type of appropriation bill, whether you like it or not. Thus, an appropriation bill WAS passed by the House, and WAS supported by Senate Republicans (and Fetterman). It was all the other Senate DEMOCRATS who kept voting against it, and initiated and kept continuing the government shut down.

You have no one else to blame but Senate DEMOCRATS.

Wow. You are completely ignorant of everything. I never claimed the House has not passed any appropriation bills. I said they haven't passed the majority of them. They still haven't passed them since the government is not funded through the end of the fiscal year.

So you now agree that if the House had passed all 12 appropriation bills prior to Oct 1 there would have been no shutdown?

The House passed a clean CR, which is an appropriation bill; that's all that matters. It doesn't matter that it wasn't in the specific form of "12 appropriation bills".

He seems to think there are these Magickal Bills that somehow exist.
He also seems to easily confuse the House with the Senate.
