They passed an appropriation bill, but they didn't do so in the precise manner that you would prefer.
There are 12 appropriation bills requires to fund the government fully. The CR is NOT an appropriation bill. It is a way to keep the government open until all 12 appropriation bills are passed either individually or with an onmibus bill.
In this case the Senate included 2 of the appropriations in the CR they sent back to the House. But that still leaves all the other bills not passed.
Let me ask you again and see if you can finally answer truthfully instead of with cult speak. Did the House pass all 12 appropriation bills?

The House did not pass 12 appropriation bills. The House, instead, passed a CR, which IS a type of appropriation bill (no matter how "hot and bothered" this truth makes you).
The House passed an appropriation bill (a CR).
The Senate Republicans (and Fetterman) voted FOR that appropriation bill.
The Senate DEMOCRATS (excluding Fetterman) voted AGAINST passing it (at least 14 times by my count).
Thus, it was the Senate DEMOCRATS who caused the government shut down.

An irrelevant question. An appropriation bill has been passed in the form of a CR. A CR is a type of appropriation bill, whether you like it or not. Thus, an appropriation bill WAS passed by the House, and WAS supported by Senate Republicans (and Fetterman). It was all the other Senate DEMOCRATS who kept voting against it, and initiated and kept continuing the government shut down.
You have no one else to blame but Senate DEMOCRATS.
