The CIA is inside of Venezuela they know EXACTLY what is in the open hull multi 300+ hp engine boats with no fishing gear traveling on known smuggler routes. The US has intercepted signals communications. Oh yeah they know what the submarines are carrying too. We boarded these smugglers for years now it is time to try something else. These people are killing 100K Americans a year with the poison they are smuggling. Trump is trying to pressure Maduro to voluntarily leave. Maduro lost the election by over 70 to 30%. If Trump runs him off with the loss of a few smugglers I'm good with it.
