90,000sf is massive......that it is too big I predict will be one of the biggest complaints about it.

They are flat out lying about its max capacity.....they say 900 but the 3,000sf East Room does state dinners for 200......the same space per person gets us to 6000.
 
And Trump wants to put up a set of arches on the property I wonder what it will look like.
Maybe something like this.
