As far as I'm concerned, there is not one single reasonable conservative anywhere in this forum. Some of them are willfully ignorant. Some of them are actually stupid people. Some of them are brainwashed. Others of them are bald-faced liars. I fully gave up all hope of ever having a reasonable exchange with any of them last year.

They didn't. Is anyone surprised? This is exactly what TACO tapped into. Make white people mad that they have to share rights with non-white people. They exposed exactly how racist this country still is, which is about an 8 out of 10. Their 1950s attitudes cause them to accuse every minority with a job of stealing it from a white person. They're all racists. It's as simple as that.

We don't fly as much as Diesel does, once a year, maybe twice depending on what's going on. In recent years I've seen female pilots, Black pilots, White pilots, older pilots, and what to me look like "kids" in the cockpit when we board. Ditto for flight attendants -- Asian, White, Black, Hispanic, male, female, young, old. I suppose I must be the dreaded "woke" because when spotting a non-white or non-male pilot or FA, my first thought was "how awesome!" IMO only a bigot would see a non-white or non-female person in a position of high responsibility and question their qualifications to be there, but not doing the same for a White male.

It's slightly tempting, but for myself I prefer to do as Michelle Obama suggested and go high. Let them have their cheap tin-plated idols. It shows how much they reek of desperation, fear, and grievance.
