They are not hiring the MOST QUALIFIED REGARDLESS OF SKIN COLOR OR SEX. I'm sure SOME of those that are qualified by DEI would be qualified through a merit based system but others would not make the cut. In jobs where ONE MISTAKE can cost the lives of hundreds we need to hire the best regardless of skin color or sex. You can't solve racist hiring through racist hiring. That is just dumb and people that support DEI like you support racism. That makes you the racist.

Which is the natural thing when peoples' test scores for example get bumped up for checking the right ethnic color boxes and over rides their real test results. Why do that except to verify that minorities are indeed the least qualified and therefore mostly inferior candidates? Being an idiot, you wouldn't grasp the cognitive dissonance of your own racism.
 
If you do know where someone works and what they do, this is not the place to talk about it. Doxing is not acceptable on this site. So... If she actually does work at the place you say and has the credentials you say and has not herself stated so on this site, it is not fare for the site.
Itis just an educated guess based on WHAT SHE HAS POSTED.. For example she said she was a nurse that works in a memory care unit . (Most nursing homes have memory care units) Most nursing homes have a RN as the head of nursing staff then hire LPN (LVN) to dispense medications etc. Then nursing homes hire a lot of nurses aides for patient care like changing sheets, bed pans, bathing and vital signs. Since I asked her a very basic anatomy question that ANY RN should have been able to answer correctly and most LVN (LPN) cannot answer correctly because they have an abbreviated anatomy course. She quickly and CONFIDENTLY answered the question wrong and mocked me even though she was wrong. :laugh: And she posted a lie about her husband being asked to return to work with a cardiac ejection fraction of 15% which was another obvious lie or misunderstand of cardiac physiology that any decent RN living with a person with an EF of 15% would never make if she is being truthful. So if she isn't lying about being a nurse in a memory care unit I strongly suspect I'm correct.

So I didn't DOXX her nor would I but your response makes me think my educated guess is probably correct and she reported me. :laugh: It's ironic though because she DOXXed me with information she got from a PRIVATE message :laugh:

Well qualified is not the same thing as the best qualified FastLane.

Would you rather go to the person that graduated last in medical school or the one that graduated first to have your brain operated on? Both have medical degrees.

Well I read the rules and it said she could not divulge information gained in the PM so I assumed she would not do it..BIG MISTAKE :laugh: Not 30 minutes later she was posting the information as fast as her fat little fingers could type. :laugh: It's funny that she thinks I'm doxxing her.:rofl2:

If a black person is in the top 10% of applicants in education and training and the company is only hiring to top 10% THEN ABSOLUTELY they should be hired. And in the same situation if a White person is not in the top 10% and the company only hires the top 10% then the white person should not be hired. Hiring should be based on MERIT not race. Just like College admission. Asians are typically the most qualified applicant for admissions they should not be denied in favor of a lesser qualified DEI applicant.
