Federal appeals court rules Trump administration can't end birthright citizenship

They are subjects of jurisdiction of their originating nations. They must follow US law while here, and they've already broken it. They are IMMEDIATELY subject to deportation.

NOTHING grants citizenship to an illegal alien or their children, no matter where they are born.
If they must follow US laws while here then they are under US jurisdiction while here which means any person born in the US automatically becomes a US citizen.

Larry Wilkerson says on todays Dialogue Works that he thinks that Trump is a front man, a mouthpiece, for the people who run America no less than Biden was. A lot of others are saying that it looks like Trumps brain is toast like Bidens is....I long ago pointed out that the chances that the people in charge would leave anything important up to Biden was zero.

So deep in your cult you don't know that the Constitution never talks about political jurisdiction vs legal jurisdiction.
Hey stupid. It's obvious that everyone inside our borders is subject to the legal jurisdiction of america. Foreign invaders cannot kill people and then claim "your laws don't apply to me." So when the constitution says jurisdiction, they mean political. THINK, you pathetic ignorant tranny.

Let's examine the Constitution and see what happens if when the constitution says jurisdiction, it means political jurisdiction.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;--to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;--to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;--to Controversies between two or more States;--between a State and Citizens of another State;--between Citizens of different States;--between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original
Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

If we accept your argument then the courts only have political jurisdiction. You are telling us that for 250 years the courts have been acting illegally by asserting legal jurisdiction.

Okay.

Again referencing a political jurisdiction.

A legal jurisdiction is also a political jurisdiction.

An illegal alien's political jurisdiction is of their originating nation. Just coming to the United States does NOT make them a citizen, moron.

Illegal aliens are immediately subject to deportation. Any children born here by them are subject to deportation with them.
