Joe Biden - "Time to put Trump in the bullseye."
More judges taking bribes from mexico but it won't matter. The SC will say the 14A actually BANS straight birthright citizenship. The pertinent clause is "subject to the jurisdiction thereof,"

oct 3 2025 BOSTON (AP) — A federal appeals court in Boston ruled on Friday that the Trump administration cannot withhold citizenship from children born to people in the country illegally or temporarily, adding to the mounting legal setbacks for the president’s birthright order.

A three-judge panel of the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals became the fifth federal court since June to either issue or uphold orders blocking the president’s birthright order. The court concluded that the plaintiffs are likely to succeed on their claims that the children described in the order are entitled to birthright citizenship under the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment.

How dare courts actually uphold the US Constitution. Don't they know that Trump is a dictator that can make up his own laws whenever he wants?
Larry Wilkerson says on todays Dialogue Works that he thinks that Trump is a front man, a mouthpiece, for the people who run America no less than Biden was. A lot of others are saying that it looks like Trumps brain is toast like Bidens is....I long ago pointed out that the chances that the people in charge would leave anything important up to Biden was zero.

You stupid moron. The 14A is referring to political jurisdiction not legal jurisdiction. THINK
ROFLMAO. And where does it say "political" jurisdiction?
In the law it is assumed a word has the same meaning each time it is used in a legal document. Are you saying courts only have political jurisdiction? That has to be one of the stupidest things anyone has ever said.

That court has no authority to change the Constitution.
The 14th amendment does not grant citizenship to illegal aliens or their children. They are subject to the jurisdiction of their nation, have committed a crime, and are immediately subject to deportation.

The 14th amendment and in Article I.

DON'T TRY TO HIDE BEHIND HE CONSTITUTION YOU DESPISE!

Courts do NOT have political jurisdiction. They have jurisdiction ONLY over the two parties involved in a case file before the court and ONLY in the authorized domain of that court.

An illegal alien is subject to the jurisdiction of their originating nation. Their children are also, no matter where they are born.
They are ALL immediately subject to deportation.

Thanks for admitting they are under the jurisdiction of the US while in the US.
They are subjects of jurisdiction of their originating nations. They must follow US law while here, and they've already broken it. They are IMMEDIATELY subject to deportation.

NOTHING grants citizenship to an illegal alien or their children, no matter where they are born.

So deep in your cult you don't know that the Constitution never talks about political jurisdiction vs legal jurisdiction.
