It is quite workable. The beginning stages of it are already happening.

Yes it would. You would be locked out of the economy until you switched to the new currency (if you can afford it!).

The people and infrastructure would still exist, even without the fiat currency.

So?

We would just have to figure out a way to pay them all without money.

It is literally impossible for me to lose much more money on this investment.

Hey, I am still up for the year, so I am happy. Though just thinking about how much I would have been up had this worked out hurts.

Economy would still run

Let's say we lose 80% of the population in a nuclear war. The complexity of the supply chain to make relatively simply things like gasoline or penicillin would mean they would be nearly impossible to make. The lack of modern medicine, and modern food supplies means we might lose 50% of the remaining people.... Making everything worse.

There would be massive loss of education. Children would be stunted by malnutrition, but also by people not talking to them.

Basically, I am predicting a 20% drop from current prices by September of next year(right before elections)...

It did sink down once, and I could have walked away with a profit, but I thought there would be a bigger profit.

Even if you do reach the point of making a profit, you will let it ride until you lose what you had.

I can buy more time, it will just cost more money.

You can spend all the money you have buying all the time you wish ... until you are dead or you run out of money..
