Not much to conflate with the doctor who said that children of the supporters of President Trump got what they deserved and disparaging Levine, he does look fairly ridiculous.

That's probably why everybody ignored it...
I have personal knowledge that the TMB investigates every complaint they get. I had a complaint from a wacko. The guy showed up in my office with vague knee pain complaints. I offered a prescription NSAID but he refused it and asked for Oxycontin. I declined and he threatened to complain to the TMB. I told him to do it if he wanted to and showed him the door. I made sure to fully document the exchange in the notes. The TMB contacted me and told me I would have to write a letter of explanation concerning his complaint. I sent a letter that included a copy of my notes on the visit. They contacted me back and told me my care was exemplary and that the patient had made similar complaints against 3 other doctors for the same reason. I spoke with my friend on the TMB and he said they knew the guy was a wacko drug seeker but still were obligated to investigate every complaint.

It's not conflating, it's showing a parallel between two people who wrote comments on TikTok and are paying the price for it. Dr. Propst gets excoriated by repubs, MacRae gets ignored.

Conflation is the merging of two or more sets of information, texts, ideas, or opinions into one, often in error. Conflation is defined as 'fusing blending', but is often used colloquially as 'being equal to' - treating two similar but disparate concepts as the same.
I could quote “often in error” but I won’t.

IOW she will have to answer the complaints to the TMB. She will probably have to appear before the board in Austin and explain herself to a panel of board members. I GUESS they will just make her take some more Medical ethics CMEs. I seriously doubt they will take her license.
