Along with the Court’s idiotic immunity ruling, in practice, the Executive Branch doesn’t need either of the other two bodies of the Government, he can pretty much do anything it wants, regardless of party.

Sure they are, but only in their own districts. It’s going to cause very unequal justice in America but the red state blue state divide will grow, and red states will get poorer and poorer.
