It's pretty simple, district courts can't issue national injunctions. That means to get one you have to go to appellate court or the supreme court.

The interesting part is this just destroyed like 25 to 30 Leftist court injunctions against Trump.
Name one or two other than the 3 national injunctions against his birth right citizen EO.

I'll bet you can't come up with two let alone 25-30.

That's how it's supposed to work. Lower courts aren't the equal of Congress, the President, or the Supreme Court even if their puny judges think otherwise.
Sure they are, but only in their own districts. It’s going to cause very unequal justice in America but the red state blue state divide will grow, and red states will get poorer and poorer.
