If the issue is important enough, it will reach the appellate courts then the Supreme Court.

A telling sign out of the Supreme Court's ruling is the unseriousness of the three Leftist Justices on this issue. They were against nationwide injunctions when Obama and Biden were President but now, they're all for them because Trump is president. Their opposition wasn't based in law or reasoning, but rather in petty personal politics.

To me, nationwide injunctions are valid, because if a government action is unconstitutional it is unconstitutional across the board, and the Supremes should address it. We should not have one level of constitutionality for some states and not for others.

That should be decided at an appropriate level of government. It shouldn't be decided by a single, backwater, judge with a very limited jurisdiction. That amounts to judicial tyranny.

No federal judge is a backwater judge. Second of all, it moves up from circuit to District to supreme. Third it keeps things at the status quo until the superior court decides.

Then appeal until it reaches the high court. 4600 district courts are not the boss of the executive branch of the United States Government. You don't like the results of the last election and attempt to nullify it through judicial sedition.

We have had that since the start of the nation.The 9th circuit rules vastly differently than the 3rd circuit does on the same issues.
