It's not the food, but the harvesting and transportation costs. The farmers would go broke trying to harvest it. Plowing it under returns the nutrients into the ground for another year.

Well with this BS and Trump's Tariffs there are a lot of farmers crying that costs are going up and they may have to declare Bankruptcy and may even go out of business.
You can read it in the news at least once a week , it was almost everyday a few weeks ago but I guess it is becoming old news now.

Workers can't be paid less than minimum wage - which in California cannot be less than $16.50/hour. Also, workers, even the illegal ones provide employers with fake docs with fake SS#'s and get the same federal taxes deducted from their paycheck as I do. I say this because trumptards rant about "illegals using public services" when they're actually paying into our system.

As I told people on here before EVERYTHING I did when I was in was classified at a min. secret most of it was top secret or above and There are thing I still can't talk about for another 24 year ,
