The Id​

The Ego​

The Superego​

The last component of personality to develop is the superego.

  • The superego provides guidelines for making judgments.
The superego has two parts:

I didn't say anything about constitutionality, but I the government can't discriminate based on a number of criteria, including sexual orientation, so it is unconstitutional to disallow homosexuals from getting married, just as it would be unconstitutional for the government to disallow homosexuals from getting a drivers license when you allow heterosexuals the ability to get a drivers license.
