The only rainforest in the PNW is on the west slope of the Olympic range in Washington, Gunky.

I took walks in Portland's park, part of a rain forest itself, every day for a year and half, idiot. One of the best urban parks in the country.

South and east of the Blue Mts. It is just west of the last Siskiyou escarpment. The map you showed did not have Burns on it. It's by Harney lake. It's in Harney county.
