That's down payments. The Democrats then went on to force banks to lend to folks with bad credit. That's what cause the housing bubble, then the inevitable defaults caused the collapse.

Well, heres a reality check for you....Bush left office with a 26% approval rating BECAUSE of people like Maher and Olbermann and Matthews.....with the assisstance of left-wing msm.

BECAUSE msm didn't tell the folks that the economic meltdown was because of a Dim Congress and the assholes that insisted Freddy and Fannie were just fine...
