BRAVO: so get freakin' real....Bush is gone and hes still tell fuckin' punchin' bag...get over him already.
Let me get this straight....

You wingnuts still complain and cry like little school boys about Franklin Roosevelt and the New Deal after 80 years.....

....but we can't mention your love for Bush after twenty months?

Well....I only mentioned Olberman
I didn't say anthing about Franklin Roosevelt and the New Deal
and I didn't say you can't mention anyones love for Bush after twenty months

So.....I would say YOU need a refresher in remedial reading along with the other peckerhead....seems neither of you can read worth a shit and just accuse others of saying things that were never said.....typical of pinheads and peckerheads for sure, but it can be fixed with minor education and Ritalin..

If we balanced the budget or even lowered the deficit significantly the debt would be trivial in 20 or so years.

If we balanced the budget or even lowered the deficit significantly the debt would be..................the fuckin' same as it is now plus interest, you idiot.

A deficit or surplus includes interest. If the debt remains at it's current level it will become relatively smaller as government revenues expand.

The problem is that the IF is kind of stupid. It's like saying, if someone fixes this mistake over the next twenty years the mistake will become trivial. Okay, so when do we get started?

They don't matter if you have an overall plan to pay them.

LOL, Cheney's plan was to leave it for the next schmuck, and that is pretty much the plan of this administration. That's what is meant when they say that IF the deficits decrease or the budget is balanced TOMORROW then we don't have to worry about it.

A civil offense is an infraction of a law that is not a crime.

Try this in your sig. pinhead.

US Code Title 8 Section 1325
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States
at any time or place other than as designated by immigration
officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration
officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United
States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the
willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first
commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or
imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent
commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or
imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

Trying to change the subject? It was no big deal. Come on, I did not think you were one of the retards that has to hold on to an error like a dog does a bone.

Yes, illegal entry is a crime. That is what the code you quote says. I have not argued otherwise. I made the distinction of illegal presence (not a crime) to illegal entry.

You guys can pretend all you like that illegal presence is some sort of horrific crime akin to murder. But it is a minor violation of the law, like fishing without a license in some states. It is not worth risking more attacks on our 4th amendment rights over it.

"You guys can pretend all you like that illegal presence is some sort of horrific crime akin to murder."

You seem to be the one that has a problem in understanding the difference between a Misdemeanor 1, 2, or 3 and a Felony 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

By the way, you can be jailed for a misdemeanor crime, if you are considered to be a flight risk.

I have no problem with the different levels of crimes or violations of the law. I have explained it numerous times....

You can be sentenced to up to one year in jail for a misdemeanor.

What you mean is you can be arrested, without a warrant, for a civil violation or low level misdemeanor if they think you are a flight risk. That requirement is not in the Az law. Your point is not applicable.

The law was never made to stand alone; it is worded to be in conjuction with other existing Arizona laws.
