It’s been 16 days since the SCOTUS’ unanimous 9-0 order that the Trump admin must return Kilmar Abrego Garcia. When is the Trump admin going to be

Has nothing to do with being deported and he had a court ruling that said he could not be deported to El Salvador

This is not due process. It is a habeas case after he was deported.

This is the ruling that says he can't be deported to El Salvador. Where was he deported? Do you think due process means that the executive branch can jail someone if the court says they are not guilty or can't be jailed?
He is an illegal alien and a member of MS-13. He can be deported.

He is not obviously an MS 13 member.
Yes he is.
In fact the government has not presented any actual evidence to a court of him being a member of MS-13.
Yes they did.
The only thing they have is double hearsay which is not acceptable in any court in the US.
No court is required to deport someone.
I see you are now proposing that people be jailed for crimes without a trial or an indictment.
It already happens, every day. Perfectly legal.

Garcia has not been charged with any crime and has not been convicted of any crimes.
Yes he was. TWICE.
Yes, they could deport him to another country but that would likely require a guarantee that he would not be returned to El Salvador.
He came from El Salvador. That's where he gets deported to.
This isn't about him being able to stay in the country.
Yes it is. Don't try to deny your own posts!
This is about everyone in the US being entitled to due process.
He got it...TWIICE. No court or hearing is required for deportation.

No several police departments do not say he is. No. No reliable information says he is.
Which police department other than the one you posted from Prince Georges say he is? Name them. Then provide the evidence showing he is MS-13. The only thing the government has is he was picked up in a Home Depot parking lot with several other people and an informant told a police officer that he is MS-13. He was not arrested at that time. Just questioned and released
They claim because he was wearing a Chicago bulls hat he was a gang member. That is not evidence and the court said as much.

Provide your evidence of him being charged with a crime. We will quickly find out you have none. Making up shit doesn't make it true.
He already did. RQAA.
On what basis will he be in a prison cell? You have already admitted he has never been convicted of anything.
He committed multiple crimes.

It seems you didn't actually read the piece you linked to. The Tennessee Highway patrol said no such thing.
Yes they did.
DoJ pulls a switch by pulling up the Prince George's document.
No switch.
Where is all this stuff then? Why do they refuse to present it to a court?
In court records.
Operating a vehicle without a license doesn't make someone a member of MS-13.
No, but that is also a crime.
Being held by ICE is not what you said. You said he would be in prison.
He is in prison.

Gosh.. you forgot to mention he might possibly be trans.
Speculation as to what he may have done isn't fact. This is why due process is called for. Evidence that is presented in court is required and not speculation.
He clearly entered the US illegally. He admitted to it. If he wasn't in the US legally, he couldn't get a job legally. Deportation can be affected by an administrative hearing, no court involved.

I find it amusing when leftists call Trump dumb when he is filthy rich (compared to most of us) and has been convincingly elected president of the United States...twice.
I'll go with elected 3 times and another thing that's hard to ignore, the contrast between his entire family and almost any other left-wing politician in DC. I'm quite sure nobody's going to find out Don Jr. or Eric can't kick the crack habit, lol.

It was followed with the exception of deporting him to El Salvador rather than somewhere else. I still recommend Pitcairn Island.
No. It wasn't followed since the due process said he could not be deported to El Salvador. His due process was violated when he was deported to the one place he could not be deported to.

This is like due process would be violated if someone is found not guilty by a jury and the President throws them in jail any way.

Not even an administrative hearing is required. As soon as he entered the country illegally, he can be immediately deported.

No court judgment or hearing is necessary, Sybil. He can be immediately deported.

El Salvador is his home country. They can do as they please with him. It's unlikely they will release one of their own citizens to the US. Especially since he was deported from the US.

He was here, what, 7 or 8 years before his first infraction. Why didn't he go through the legal channels to become a US citizen?
He was picked up on more than one charge. He was declared deportable. So home he went.

This is not true unless he is caught within 25 miles of the border. Once outside that zone and in the US, he has to get an administrative hearing--which Abrego Garcia got and a second judge gave him a stay based on whining that a rival gang might kick his ass if he went back to El Salvador (a non-excuse his being a confirmed MS 13 gangster, in my opinion).

The Border Patrol has stations on most major highways at about 20-ish miles from the border already as one check on that.

The inspection station on Highway 90 between Sierra Vista and Benson Arizona, for example.

It’s been 16 days since the SCOTUS’ unanimous 9-0 order that the Trump admin must return Kilmar Abrego Garcia. When is the Trump admin going to be held in contempt? Or is the Constitution dead?

Trump right now is in open contempt of the order.
