No. the lower court was relying on the 9-0 ruling by the USSC that the government had to facilitate the return of Garcia and the long legal precedence of the meaning of facilitate.
Dial it back. The activist leftist judge misrepresented the DoJ, period. The DoJ has always been poised to facilitate Abrego's return should Bukele insist on returning him to the US. What the activist leftist judge did, however, was to employ typical activist leftist innuendo with an empty "it is insufficient to just ...", leaving himself and others ample wiggle room to say in the future "I
never said that the DoJ was somehow not poised to facilitate Abrego's return; I only clarified what
would be insufficient if it were to occur."
Now, here you are gullibly promulgating the activist leftist judge's disinformation, because your terminal TDS prevents you from thinking for yourself.
Claiming that the USSC decision is merely an activist leftist judge
This is your own activist leftist disinformation, assigning to me a bogus position that I do not have.
Claiming that facilitate means the US has to invade another country ...
... was the implication you were making in your activist leftist disinformation.
No one said they had to invade another country.
Yes, you say
everything that you logically imply, and it was the activist leftist judge and you both who made that implication.
You first claimed they only have to accept him.
Yes, and you did not ask for any clarification from me what exactly I meant. You simply decided to assign a bogus position to me, because you are only capable of lying and overall dishonesty. You haven't made a single honest post on JPP, ever.
There are many actions that can be taken to facilitate the return of someone in a foreign country particularly when the US government is paying to keep that person in a foreign country.
There is nothing short of invading that country to extract Abrego if Bukele insists on keeping Abrego in prison, which is the case before us and which is the case you are discussing. You are implying that an activist leftist judge can order the President to invade a sovereign country, the only option available in light of Bukele insisting on keeping Abrego in prison. Your position is stupid, completely unconstitutional, completely inhumane and totally un-American.
