He issued 26 on his first day in office this time. 36 in the first week and a total of 98 so far this term.
That is what dictators do , rule by " Presidential " ( dictators ) order NOT what US Presidents do, and he is pushing the law and in places could be breaking it,

Federal Judge Lee Rosenthal just issued an order blocking Texas A&M University from canceling a drag show on campus because, according to her, Trump's Executive Order "cannot override First Amendment Protections."

Trump is President, but being President doesn’t mean he can ignore the authority of the other two Branches of Government.

He doesn’t have carte blanche authority to violate the Constitution which guarantees every person due process even illegal immigrants
