The SDTC 'law' (really an edict) is not affected by the 1st amendment, which only applies to the federal government (like the federal appeals court). The law itself is a violation of the Constitution of the State of California, which has a similar clause.

SDTC does not recognize the Constitution of the United States nor the Constitution of the State of California. It is no longer a State of the Union. It's current form of government is dictatorship.

No federal court has any authority to ignore the 1st amendment.

"(a) Every person may freely speak, write and publish his or her sentiments on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of this right. A law may not restrain or abridge liberty of speech or press." -- Constitution of the State of California, Article I, $2.

The State of California may not make any law limiting speech either (including holding a gun show on public land).

But...the State of California no longer exists. I call it the Socialist Dictatorship of the Territory of California (SDTC) now.
Edicts by King Newsom ignores the Constitution of the State of California and have for some time.

Trump has broken no law. He has all the authority he needs over the executive branch to do what he's doing. No judge or court has the authority to change that, Tball.
