He is trying to limit the rights that come from the 14th amendment, and the police are pushing hard against the 4th.
The right to a separation of powers among the branches of government.

No, the Fourteenth has been misinterpreted just like the right to an abortion is not in the Constitution.

The poli9ce are protecting people and the Fourth is not an issue.

The separation of powers remains extant, you just don't like how the Executive Branch is using theirs.
