“Trump lists ‘number of reasons’ for pardoning violent Jan. 6 rioters”

Do you know what the courts consider an advancing mob to be?
Do you know what the federal law enforcement rules for use of force are?

Do you know the potential penalties a federal law enforcement officer faces for not following those rules or for leaving the scene of a shooting?

Whenever unarmed black men have been shot, there has been no outcry from MAGA - and some were doing nothing.

Nothing but whataboutism. Irrelevant to Byrd shooting Babbitt.
If it was a BLM protestor breaking through a window at the Capitol and got shot, they'd just say that he shouldn't have been breaking the law.

If that occurred in the same manner Byrd shot Babbitt, the police officer would still be in the wrong. This is you using a No True Scotsman.
Trump could have stopped ALL of the violence that day by speaking up earlier, and not waiting 3 hours.

This is just retrospective determinism. You have no way of knowing that if Trump did speak up earlier it would have changed the outcome in the least.

As soon as Trump asked his supporters to leave - they left.

No better proof than that. Instead, he chose to watch for 3 hours.

Who is the coward?

No proof they'd have done so sooner. Retrospective determinism.

The Retrospective Determinism fallacy is a logical fallacy which occurs when someone assumes that an event or decision must have been caused by some predetermined factor, despite the lack of evidence to support this assumption. This fallacy is based on the presumption that because an event has already happened, it must have been caused by some predetermined factor that existed before the event occurred. This fallacy is often used to explain away the responsibility or blame for an event, as well as to explain away the potential for any sort of free will or choice in a situation.

“No. 1, they were in there for 3 1/2 years, a long time. Treated like nobody’s ever been … treated so badly.”
The January 6th terrorists have not been treated the worst in history. Not even close. It is embarrassing that trump thinks they have.

“No. 1, they were in there for 3 1/2 years, a long time. Treated like nobody’s ever been … treated so badly.”

“They were treated like the worst criminals in history. And you know what they were there for? They were protesting the vote, because they knew the election was rigged, and they were protesting the vote, and that’s … should be allowed to protest the vote,” he added.

“And the other thing is this. Some of those people with the police, true. But they were very minor incidents,” he added.”

So I guess now violently assaulting a police officer and committing sedition against the country are now “minor incidents” in MAGA America
No. 1 and only, they rioted for him.
