Why are blue state democrats running from harris?

Indeed.

From the link:

"Pennsylvania incumbent Sen. Bob Casey (D) has even embraced Trump’s tariff policies. His campaign launched an ad last week that described him as “independent” and touted how he “bucked” the Biden administration to protect fracking and “sided with Trump to end NAFTA.”

“There’s no party affiliation in Casey ads. I don’t recall seeing any that say ‘Democrat’ or anything like that. He’s running as an incumbent on his own record,” said Berwood Yost, the director of the Center for Public Opinion Research at Franklin & Marshall College.

“He’s trying to distance himself a little bit from an administration that is viewed negatively by the most part. He doesn’t want to be tied to that either through Biden or Harris,” he said.

Yost said Casey has dabbled in some of the populist messaging that is Trump’s forte to drive a wedge between working-class, blue-collar voters and his Republican opponent, David McCormick, the former CEO of Bridgewater, one of the country’s biggest hedge funds..."

Called politics, your article’s theme is that they aren’t supporting Harris because they aren’t attacking Trump, which is a misnomer, and guarantee each and everyone of them appears at every rally or event Harris has scheduled in their State

Interesting read on Nate Silver from Vox (a mainstream liberal site). (I couldn't post the entire article so I just gave the link)

Here's a paragraph on the 2016 election (and the complaints that he got it wrong):

"The 2016 general election was a different story. In the now-crowded election forecast space, Silver’s model matched the others by calling Clinton the favorite, but in the final weeks stood out for offering Trump an unusually high chance of winning, unlike other models that said he’d almost certainly lose. He cannot claim to have predicted Trump’s win (the final forecast gave that a 28 percent chance of happening), but his arguments for why the polling in fact pointed to an uncertain race were vindicated."

They address the conspiracy theories that he's owned by Thiel:

Baseless conspiracy theories have been hatched that Silver’s recently announced gig as an adviser to the online prediction market Polymarket is spurring him to do the bidding of right-wing billionaires and skew his analysis against Harris. (Silver has strongly denied those claims. “Peter Thiel isn’t paying me any more than he’s paying someone who works for Facebook or Lyft,” he recently posted on X.)

And he got sh*t for calling out early the issues with Biden's age in which turns out he was correct.

Not trying to throw a stray here but my man archives is fond of saying us on the right only like to listen to confirmation bias. Seems that fits those on the left turning on Silver.

What happened to Nate Silver

Once beloved by progressives, Silver now feuds with them regularly. He tells us why.

<yawn> Another misogynist represents. No wonder his wife identifies as a Korean male.
I love this simple minded approach to everything you leftist nitwits have. Anyone who cares to question a black person is racist. Questioning a woman is misogynistic. Question a gay or tranny is some other other kind of phobia or ism. You people sound like morons probably because you are morons.

Is that so?
Yes. As late as 2020. What the hell is wrong with you people. You STILL can't figure out why people ridicule you can you?
