This kind of thing must cease

Yeah I think most socialists are infected with that. You should ask Watermark, he'll tell you how special he is.

So tell me...

How many news agencies will be reporting that this was a socialist terrorist?

Socialists, generally speaking, do not have a problem paying taxes.

The guy was anything but a socialist terrorist. He kept trying to sidewind his way around paying the taxes that he should have paid. Furthermore, he had a good education/job so he wasn't wanting. He was greedy. That's all.

Really? He talks about wanting to find out how churches make their money. He had good jobs but was so greedy, felt he was so important, he tried to skirt paying taxes and they nailed him every time.
The last two lines of his manifesto made it abundantly clear he was no righty.

He also chastised said churches and the evil greedy capitalist bosses.

Yes, he did. He wrote, "Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having ‘tax code’ readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the “best”, high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing...."

Was his dislike for the church or the fact he couldn't make money like them? He comes right out and says he and his friends, "...began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing...."

The guy's ego did him in. He kept trying tricks since the 80s. The clear definition of "loser."

He was a greedy individual with a huge ego along with being nuts. He hated the church but wanted to make the money they had. He did the same stupid thing for over 25 years getting his a$$ kicked every time. The nicest thing we can say is he had a learning disability.

The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.
The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according
to his greed.

He followed the "capitalist creed".

I posted a link to a video called "The Warning" on a few threads. When the lady in charge of the office responsible for financial fraud approached Alan Greenspan he made it clear he did not want financial fraud investigated. He said the market would look after it. He had no problem with the greedy taking from the gullible. That was the standard operating procedure for the banks and insurance companies and that's exactly what the fruitcake in question tried to do for the last 25 years. Unfortunately, he was a boy trying to play a man's game and he kept getting beaten.

In the words of Bugs Bunny, "What a maroon."
(Not you. The guy.) :D

Why is it so easy to label someone greedy, when all they want to do is keep more of the money they earned. But no one calls the people who take his hard earned money (without any effort on their part)?

The tax system is totally fucked up. We spend $500 billion annually to navigate the system and still don't understand it.

It is a system that has you guilty until proven innocent.

I don't mind paying my share. But when so many with so much more pay so little (this is where he was pissed at the catholic church), its hard to swallow. And when corporations can fuck up their world and then have the gov't take our hard earned money to bail them out, it is even worse.

What the man did was wrong. But dismissing him as greedy is ignoring the problem that drove him to it.

Liberals are people who generally resent the existence of people with more money than them. Its why they support high income taxes on "da filfy rich."

I see your point and that's why there has to be a crackdown on tax breaks for businesses. That's precisely what he was trying to do all those years, searching for a business tax break when he wasn't a business.

As others have said he was upset because he couldn't get away with things he shouldn't get away with. If he had made a mistake and the IRS jumped all over him that's one thing. But that's not the case. He had tried to cheat for 25 years while getting caught every time. It's like a petty crook getting upset every time they get caught shoplifting and finally shoots a store manager when he's caught because he's tired of getting caught.

He knew the tax code better than anyone, or should have, considering he spent his life learning about it. And then there's his wife's $12,000. He deliberately messed with the IRS and they messed back.

Lots of engineers work and pay taxes. He was greedy. What made him special? It's the same BS I hear when people say how much harder they worked, how much they sacrificed, how they struggled more than anyone else.....pompous, ego-inflated, selfish, greedy people. He probably could have been quite well off by now if he had dropped his self-important ego crap and did what other engineers do.

When President Obama released his FY 2010 budget last May, the IRS received an overall increase in funding of $764 million, including a $400 million increase in tax enforcement funds. This represented a 13 percent increase for IRS enforcement activities.

With a beefed-up IRS enforcement budget, Big Gubmint is serious about tax enforcement.

Lawmakers, led by the chairmen of the Senate Finance and House Ways and Means committees, Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) and Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY)
called for stricter legislation to help the IRS root out taxpayers.

The increased emphasis by the Obama administration on tax enforcement has pushed the legislative branch and the global community to reassess tax policy in general and tax evasion in particular.

With their increased budget and additional resources going toward enforcement – including new criminal investigation officers – the IRS is cracking down on tax evasion.

In addition, the IRS pays people who provide information to the IRS if the information results in the collection of taxes, penalties, interest or other amounts from noncompliant taxpayers.

Big Gubmint says "get you some"!

Yep, a right-wing terrorist, damo. You should put a picture of him on your wall.

Think anyone will actually call him a Right-Wing Terrorist?

The big Three networks??

Faux News??

Rush? Sean? Glenn?

I'm still waiting for both you fools to admit that you were wrong, this guy was a fucking commie, apologize publicly, beg for forgiveness, offer restitution and submit yourself to counseling. :cof1:
