Judge Juan Merchan is totally compromised, and should be removed from this TRUMP Non-Case immediately. His Daughter, Loren, is a Rabid Trump Hater, who has admitted to having conversations with her father about me, and yet he gagged me. She works for Crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam “Shifty” Schiff, and other Radical Leftists who Campaign on “Getting Trump,” and fundraise off the “Biden Indictments” - including this Witch Hunt, which her father “presides” over, a TOTAL Conflict - and attacking Biden’s Political Opponent through the Courts. Former D.A. Cy Vance refused to bring this case, as did all Federal Agencies, including “Elections.”

Trump attacks on hush money judge’s daughter based on fake account
Former President Trump — in lashing out against the daughter of hush money trial Judge Juan Merchan — pointed to a social media account that is no longer connected to Loren Merchan, according to a court spokesperson.

In a statement first reported Wednesday, a spokesperson for the New York state Office of Court Administration (OCA) said the account in question was no longer associated with Loren Merchan, after she deleted the account approximately one year ago.

“The X, formerly Twitter, account being attributed to Judge Merchan’s daughter no longer belongs to her since she deleted it approximately a year ago,” OCA spokesperson Al Baker said Thursday in a statement provided to The Hill.

“It is not linked to her email address, nor has she posted under that screenname since she deleted the account,” Baker continued. “Rather, it represents the reconstitution, last April, and manipulation of an account she long ago abandoned.”...

...Judge Merchan, however, did write that Trump’s attacks on his daughter informed his decision to gag the former president. The judge initially chose just to admonish Trump, but he said the gag order reflected the “nature and impact” of statements made against him, his “family member” and two prosecutors.

Trump faces 34 counts in New York alleging he illegally falsified business records when reimbursing his ex-fixer, Michael Cohen, for making a payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels to conceal an affair ahead of the 2016 election. He has pleaded not guilty. Merchan has set a trial date of April 15 in the case.

Liz Cheney lashed out at Donald Trump Friday after the former president — and her nemesis — yet again attacked the daughter of his judge in the soon-to-start hush money trial.

For the third time in recent days, Trump targeted Loren Merchan in a Truth Social post voicing fury over her supposed connections with Democrats and bolstering his demands that the trial be scrapped.

The posts skirt close to a gag order that forbids Trump from talking publicly about witnesses and court staff — but doesn’t include Judge Juan Merchan or his family...

...“Trump is repeatedly and maliciously attacking a judge’s daughter on social media,” Cheney wrote on X. “He knows this will bring threats of violence against her and the judge. Trump is depraved and unstable. This unconscionable behavior shows yet again why he is unfit for any office.”...
 
Trump railed against the gag order on his social media platform and criticized Merchan's daughter for a social media post that a court official said was not posted by her.

"So, let me get this straight, the Judge's daughter is allowed to post pictures of her 'dream' of putting me in jail, the Manhattan D.A. is able to say whatever lies about me he wants, the Judge can violate our Laws and Constitution at every turn, but I am not allowed to talk about the attacks against me," Trump wrote.

A court officials later said the supposed post from the judge's daughter was a "manipulation of an account she long ago abandoned."

Judges have no authority to put gag orders on trump on anyone else. And let's not forget, the press loves to attack trump's kids, esp eric and ivanka.

However ignorant he is about most things in life, he's always been a grand master troll. He knows the ramifications of attempting to imprison anyone with a SS detail, let alone one who has held his title.

He also turns every one of his trials into an opportunity for martyrdom. Forcing the court to avoid any overturn traps gives him the short term upper hand.

He's going to push the legal limits no matter how frivolous the argument. He does this for one reason...he can AFFORD to. Nobody else has the litigation income stream that affords him the ability to make an absolute mockery of the system. Which is why this is unheard of. It never happens.

He doesn't care if anyone gets hurt, or worse. He will argue that he has absolutely no liability.


For now. The problem with using the same bogus arguments in every defense is that when they're struck down once, they're struck down everywhere.
