I'm confident it will be so. History proves that progress is often two steps forward and one step back. We seem to be in a one-step back phase. MAGAts committing mass murder in the name of their Orange Jesus will complete that step and the social reaction will be to take another two steps forward by correcting the problems associated with the MAGAt movement.

Politicians come and go. Eventually all will be dead. It's social evolution that's important. Cultural change for the better.
