DOJ Finds Biden is too Mentally Impaired to be Charged

Biden ‘willfully’ kept classified materials, had ‘poor memory’: Special counsel.

The special counsel investigating President Joe Biden over his handling of classified documents released his final report. Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency,” Department of Justice special counsel Robert Hur wrote.

The report comes nearly 13 months after Attorney General Merrick Garland picked Robert Hur as special counsel to handle the probe. Former President Donald Trump is criminally charged with retaining classified documents after leaving the White House and concealing them from the government.

President Joe Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency,” according to a final report released Thursday by a Department of Justice special counsel. But special counsel Robert Hur said he was declining to prosecute Biden over his handling of that material, which by law should have been given back to the U.S. government when he left the office of the vice president in January 2017.

The FBI found that material in the garage, offices, and basement den in Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home. It included documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and notebooks containing Biden’s entries about national security, the new report said.

Biden is the first sitting president in history to be declared legally incompetent to stand trial.

If he's not competent to be prosecuted, how can he be competent to sign laws and Executive Orders?

He is not declared incompetent. Hur had no such powers. He turned a legal document into a political piece. He should be canned for that. He expressed his slanted right-wing thoughts as fact.
What he actually said was he thought Biden would not be found guilty, so he is not pursuing it. He turned a legal document into a political hit piece.

Those are crimes, Nordy, and he wasn’t prosecuted because he is a turnip.

Most people who commit crimes and are mentally incompetent are sent to mental institutions.

The Special Counsel had a five hour interview with Biden and he couldn’t even remember the year that his son died.

Actually he said he had EVIDENCE of WILLFUL retention and dissemination of classified documents. And he didn't prosecute Biden because he has a failing memory.

Biden was never going to get indicted by Garland and everyone knew it. Biden committed crime for sure but he got away with it.

He said that Biden did not deliberately conceal said documents, attempt to hide them, nor fight to keep them, the same conclusions the similar investigation into Pence arrived at, his reluctance to file charges was such and the fact Biden would portray himself as a sympathetic elderly man to any jury
