The checks had been labeled as loan repayments.


In his letter on Friday to Comer, Sauber cited a claim from Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) that suggested the Oversight Committee already has records to prove the payments were loan repayments.

However, a person familiar with the committee's work said lawmakers have no such records.

"Contrary to the White House's and Ranking Member Raskin's claims, nothing within the Oversight Committee's possession clearly shows that Joe Biden did indeed loan his brother large sums of money," the person told the Washington Examiner. "The White House and Democrats have peddled a false narrative instead of providing the loan documents."

Comer has said the payments raise concerns regardless of whether Joe Biden had lent his brother the money, as the timing of the checks would suggest the president's financial standing was directly tied to the fortunes of his family's business dealings.....

THe judge AKA "The Court" did not decide those things, you are really an idiot. Show us where the judge said that? The only thing the judge did was math, e pointed out the percentage difference between the assessed value and Trumps state value. He did not find an actual value.

That is a flat out lie. I feel sorry for you. He says that the property appraiser said it was worth 18 to 27 million dollars. Then he says that Trump claimed it was between 426 million and 612 million. Then he noted that the difference here is 2,300%.

The Judge did not say the Property Appraiser was correct or that Trump was correct.

Look dipshit the assessors evaluation was 18-27 million. That is NOT the what the property is worth. Yes the idiot judge is claiming trump overvalued the property by 2300% compared to the assessors value but the property IS worth 2300% more than the assessors value you retarded cockroach.
