Mara Lago to be liquidated?

not a problem......the issue isn't what Trump wanted his taxes to be.......the issue is what is the value of the property.......sorry......

Trump argued the value of the property was so low that his tax bill was too high.
This wasn't about taxes but about property value. Property taxes are based on the value of the property. Something you seem to be completely unaware of.
Dementia?

elitism.

why do you want to send all the jobs to overseas slave then if you care so much.

explain how globalist fanaticism is smart.

Elitism.

Why do you want to allow wealthy people to have a different legal standard than the rest of us. Why do you feel its okay to allow Trump to get away with lying on loan applications, to get better interest rates, but are okay with the poor guy having no redress against a huge insurance company that will not live up to its obligations?

if the bank feels they were meaningfully deceived they have the right to bring suit.

is every form on a loan gone over by rapacious persecutory political brown shirts?

this whole case is a political maneuver by a kangaroo court.

???.....it's normal business conduct......you try to pretend its something bad.......we all know every lib'rul who's ever applied for a loan or tried to get his property taxes reduced has done the very same thing.....well, except for folks like you who have never owned their own home.......

Normal business conduct?
I have never once valued a property I own as $285 million more than it's market value.
I have never once claimed my home is 30,000 sq ft on a financial document when it is only 10,000 sq ft.

Can you provide proof of any liberal doing those things?

The laws and statutes of the State of New York say that the AG also has a right to bring suit.

Its only normal if elite businessmen do it.

Then the Republican elitists love it.

of course it is......if the value is what Trump said it is, then he could not have committed fraud......that should be obvious.....

But wait. You are such a derp you did not know that if the "value is what Trump said it is" that PROVES fraud as what 'Trump said it was', was LESS than $18MM.

Oops, you put your foot in your mouth again PmP.

how often does an AG go into prosecution based on a number on a loan form when there is no aggrieved party?

this case is dog squeeze.

it will never succeed.

sorry, but I think that was your ass......now again, repeat after me.....what IS the value of the property........obviously the bank didn't think it was $18M......are we supposed to believe the judge knew more about it than the bank who took it as collateral?.......

the bank that loaned Trump the money disagrees with you......sorry, but that little fact makes you and the judge look like total idiots......

The Bank was lied to and does not disagree so take your made up shit out of here.

This was one of the clearest cases of fraud ever. Summary judgements are pretty rare but Trump is a such an obvious and dumb criminal, he earned his special treatment.

Why wont it succeed? Such prosecution has happened, but I agree it rarely comes to the attention of prosecutors.

My advice for any businessman who is breaking the law to get ahead, don't go out in public bragging about how successful and self made you were.
Don't use your fraudulent success as justification for getting new public job.

At least you admitted Trump committed a fraud above by saying if Trump said it was worth less than $16MM, which he did, then he must be committing a fraud.

If you are hanging your hopes on an appeal, you will be sorely disappointed. When was the last time Trump was successful in any appeal of a verdict.

well, there was that time when the demmycrats tried to stop his ban on allowing people from states that sponsored terrorism from entering the country......and the time the demmycrats opposed his border policies.......shucks pretty much every time demmycrats tried to stop him from doing something.......

Try to stay on topic. Changing the subject just proves you got a big mouth but no facts.
