You are having a very difficult time grasping this concept. In New York the attorney general can charge a corporation in a civil case for violating a criminal law. That happened here.

But in THIS CASE, it was Trump Org, Donald Trump, Eric Trump, Don Jr, who were ALL found guilty of committing fraud.

All of them together and individually are guilty of this fraud. Thus why each of them, individually, will never be allowed to do any business in NYS again under any new company as it is not only the company, like it was when Donald Trump had Trump University and Trump Charity plead guilty to fraud but he escaped any personal guilt attachment.
