Trump org was accused of committing CRIMES under the above CRIMINAL STATUTES but because the case was brought by the State AG and you do not realize she ALSO has the power to bring CRIMINAL charges, you think these are civil charges. THEY ARE NOT.

These are criminal statutes and CRIMINAL FELONIES that Trump org is already guilty of.
