Chesbro pled guilty to a felony. It is truly amazing that you idiots can see your fuhrer charged with nearly 100 felonies in 4 states while a couple of his top cronies are pleading guilty to crimes yet you actually seem to think Trump is innocent. I'm sure that when half or more of these indicted assholes plead guilty and the rest including your fuhrer are found guilty, you will find some way to convince yourself that they did nothing wrong.

Her plea deal is off the table if she invokes the 5th. If she does not answer every question truthfully the deal is off. If she lies she will additionally be charged with perjury. She will be asked a number of the same questions in GA that she will be asked in the DC case. If she takes the 5th in DC she will be charged and her own testimony from GA will sink her. She and Chesbro have both cut a sweet deal and if either of them do anything other than tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth they will be fucked and that means for the GA as well as the DC case. She is also hoping and praying that one day she will be able to practice law again, lie or invoke the 5th and that dream is off the table. Same with Chesbro although pleading guilty to a felony might mean those dreams are already gone for him.

I think you can count on both of them to tell the truth from here on out and another at least half dozen of those charged doing the same thing and corroborating their stories. Trump's only hope is some wild technicality because he is guilty as sin and everyone except his brainwashed Nazi's knows it.

The prosecution can also revoke any deal if she invokes the 5th and she will likely do time. Currently she is guaranteed to do no time and may be able to practice law again if simply tells the truth. I know she is stupid to have supported the Velveeta man in the first place but I doubt she will be pleading the 5th anywhere and destroying her chances.

No, her testimony by itself won't do it we already know she is a liar. How about when Chesbro corroborates her testimony? How about when 5 or 6 others flip and also corroborate her testimony? Have a half dozen others all make the same claims and you have a different story.

Bullshit. During that fateful meeting if Trump made a blatant statement proving his guilt and there were 6 people there that heard it you can bet your ass that every one of them will be asked to corroborate it. The defense will certainly ask Powell "Were you lying then, or are you lying now?" Without a half dozen others making the same claim you can't be assured of convincing a jury of your case.

They would be wise to take a plea, even if it involves prison time, rather than go to trial since the evidence is clearly building against them.
