trump is going to push the limits until the judges are forced to create precedent. He's daring them to jail him, but I'm thinking it will start with monetary penalties.

It doesn't necessarily have to be cumulative. Each can testify what they were told to do by Pedo Don in passing along election lies or seeking to subvert the election results in Georgia, Arizona or elsewhere. They could show a pattern of behavior even though each witness is testifying to a different act.

What are odds, in your opinion, that Ken Chesebro will take a plea deal after Sydney took hers? He'd previously turned down plea deals and now knows that Sydney would likely be a witness against him if he goes to trial.

Do you believe Trump isn't guilty of any of the charges filed against him? That, like his friend OJ, Pedo Don is 100% not guilty?

I saw that this morning.

I believe his team's tactics are getting to the court, only because of the flooding of ignorant, borderline illegal actions.

With the guaranteed appeal looming, I believe the court is bending over backward to assure that there are no grounds.

As such, trump finally gets a slap on the wrist this time. I believe he might actually be looking at jail time if he keeps it up, which is exactly what he wants. He just HAS to find out if he can even be tossed in jail, as this is truly precedent setting.

I wonder if the court can impose heavier fines to the lawyers if it continues to happen?

it is not how it works you simpleton moron.

Large Rico indictments are DESIGNED to break the lesser participants away from the top most guilty by making the lesser guys face the same guilt as the top guys.

So if you are the getaway driver for a bank robbery where they kill someone and you all escape, you ALL face murder charges such that the getaway driver, will be more likely to talk as a way to escape the murder charge, if the Prosecution needs some inside evidence to solidify the case on the rest. That is because the system sees the guy who shot the guy as worse.

It is a prosecution strategy to charge wide at the start knowing many will likely take a deal and make their case stronger BEFORE they get to court.

The dominoes are falling. The first 3 of the 19 went down and are willing to tell all. The other 16 are poorer and have less defenses. This whole mess is going down in a heap.
