A heated confrontation wasn't the problem. AGAIN the problem was a trespassing dipshit who wouldn't vacate someone else's property when asked. People can and should be able to protect themselves and their property.

The "wild" west wasn't as wild as TV and movies make it out to be even though everyone open carried. Culture made the difference not the presence of guns.

Refusing to get off someone's property is not a legal justification for the property owner to shoot and kill someone.

No matter how much you wish it was.
