lets see.....the FIRST one he shot was actively chasing him, telling him that he was going to kill him........call me crazy, but that sounds like 'self defense'..........the second one he shot actively tried taking kyles weapon, presenting an imminent threat to kyles safety, which would also then be self defense...........the third one kyle shot tried to kill kyle by bashing in his brains with his skateboard, which has been proven many times that a skateboard can actually be a lethal weapon..........so YES, any sniper that would have shot rittenhouse, at any time, should have been charged with capital murder, since all kyle was doing was defending himself against VIOLENT people..........and grosskreutz actually admitted that he was threatening kyle and attempted to shoot him with his own testimony........
now, given those FACTS, do you still believe a sniper would have been justified in shooting kyle??????
