And the nonsense and lies continue.... it wouldn't be a tribute thread without them after all...;)

This is the cyber sewer known as the Internet.

We don't play here wearing our Sunday best.

If we weren't up for tossing our feces at one another

we'd be reading a good book instead.

Good morning, all.:)

I always properly dispose of feces...mine or the dog's ... don't you?
And I'll certainly clean up after others when it's necessary.... because if we've been brought up properly that's what we do...;) and a good morning to you as well....I'm making Italian penicillin this morning for a friend...;)

If anyone really thinks Mike pence was at risk of being hanged is a total idiot
Anyone who supports terrorists, traitors or criminals is a fucking moron who should be held responsible for that support.

Have you donated money or actively supported any of these groups, vols?

Thanks for the reminder, TOP.
I haven't made that in a long time
and since I have to go to the supermarket this afternoon,
you've given me the thought to buy the ingredients.

Several of the neighborhood old ladies,
a few of them even older than I,
appreciate it when I turn up at their doorsteps
with a Tupperware bowl full of my Italian penicillin.

I won't be making anything tonight, however.
Shopping day means takeout.
People my age have limitations, after all.

I'm making Cajun penicillin. Chicken gumbo. I always make 4 to 5 quarts. I freeze and on days we don't want to cook I put some rice in the rice cooker then microwave a container of frozen gumbo.

Excuse me, but didn't the cop step in front of the car when she attempted to flee? It wasn't as if she made a turn to get him. Again, most cops get the license, call it in and then get into their patrol car to pursue.
After that, shootings can be justified at road blocks. Funny that all the mass shootings we've had by white folk had the perps arrested at the scene without a scratch. Or the decades long videos on TV shows like COPS! where white perps do similar driving but are NOT shot. Just saying.

He stepped in front of the car to aid in detention, she drove the car at him, that's an attack.

The reality is that he was 100% wrong and stupid to stand in front of a running car and point a gun at the head of an alleged SHOPLIFTER.

Starting the car and putting it in gear was loading a deadly weapon. Killing people is a known consequence of hitting them with a car. Regardless of why he was detaining her, when she put the car into gear it was the same action as cocking a pistol. He had every right to pull his weapon in self defense at that time regardless of the reason for detention.

Even cops have a right to defend their own life.

Oh I love gumbo!! I'm going to have to make extra extra chicken stock and put gumbo on the list... that is something that freezes so well... (and my neighbor grows okra )....the Italian penicillin you kind of have to do to order but that's okay too;) (I figure I'll do about 14 quarts of stock today...)

Man, get that crack out of your pipe! THE COP GOT IN FRONT OF THE CAR GUN DRAWN! SHE DID NOT TURN THE CAR TO TRY AND HIT HIM, SHE (STUPIDLY) HIT THE GAS TO TRY AND GET AWAY. Doesn't change what I previously stated, no matter how many you parrot your myopic dreck. Essentially, the cops used deadly force on a SHOPLIFTER ... for what, $100 OR LESS in wine?

Like I told your fellow sheet wearer, if you're so hyped about using deadly force on low level crime like this, why don't advocate for cops shooting all those dragsters that have been barreling through the streets of the cities and suburbs in America for decades? Or blast all those teenage shoplifters on sight? Oh that's right, I forgot....the majority of those crimes are done by white folk, so there's no need for excessive or deadly force by the police, by your mindset.

:321:
She ran her car into him and endangered his life it was a righteous shoot. She was not shot for shoplifting moron, she was shot for striking a cop with her car on purpose. Maybe you should try to run over a cop and see what happens to you.

LOL. Yeah, Italian "penicillin" turns to butter oil and lumpy cheese clumps with pepper in it if you try to save and reheat...

I make green chili and gumbo in the same way as ExpressLane. I make a huge batch and use it over time, freeze the gumbo and some of the green chili, but we use that stuff like it's a condiment and it goes fast... LOL.

Green chili is the Colorado version of food "penicillin"...

My mom died last month but about 15 years ago she taught me how to make gumbo. I always start by boiling a whole chicken.

Please put your green chili recipe in the Hobbies Forum I'd like to see how you cook it. BTW my grandmother was Cajun we always crack eggs carefully into boiling gumbo and then serve them whole into the bowls of gumbo. If you don't . Give it a try.

Yes indeed that Italian penicillin is a little more delicate of an operation...;) and now I have green chili to add to the list of things to make... by now I usually have been able to get a big batch of Hatch Chiles that we roast but for some reason this year I haven't seen them in bulk... those are my favorites... I'll be on the lookout... those are so good in so many different recipes...

Oh my... I'm so sorry to hear about your mom... what a difficult time for you and your family... I miss my parents so much... even after so many years it's never easy without the people who gave you your beginning and a foundation to have a wonderful life... I might just throw a whole chicken in the pot the next time I make stock... I do use pieces on the bone... and backs and necks...and feet....;) if it's a special recipe and you've got other great tips please feel free to put them here... will definitely try the egg tip... if it works for ramen I'll bet it's great on Gumbo;)

She wasn't executed, she was shot and killed, after she tried to run over a police officer. Probably, because, besides the shoplifting, she knew she had a warrant for her arrest.

All she had to do was get out of the car, obviously she was able to do so, she got out to go into the store then she was able to get back in.

When a cop points a gun at you it’s probably a good idea to listen to what he has to say!

Her “I’M A NEEEGRO” let me go defense didn’t work!
