No stupid, Ashli was part of a riotous mob that tried to breach a barricade erected by law enforcement to protect senators doing their job. She got stupid, and that got her justifiably killed. She wasn't in a car, you ding dong! She tried to crash through a window.

What was the "SUSPECTED crime" that she was being detained/question for, toodles? What did the surveillance tapes show her doing, which initiated the 911 call in the first place? The video PROVES what I said....the second cop had no business getting in front of that car and pulling his weapon, when the cop by the window clearly was NOT in danger of being shot. The RULES themselves state that getting in front of or in back of a car during such an inquiry is potentially dangerous. There was NO threat to draw that gun.....this was over a damned shop lifting situation...none of the store clerks reported violence by the perps.
The woman was an idiot...period. But she bolted upon seeing that gun...they were going to shoot her for shoplifting, because the clerk tells the first cop that she was a thief, nothing more.
The chronology of the posts has me again and again making the simple observations that this was a case of unnecessary force. I have YET to see a similar case involving non-black perpetrators that ends the same way.
