Ok got it in your world deadly force is called for any time a black person is involved. It was petty theft ass hole and the cop put himself in front of the car. There was absolutely no reason to have escalated the situation! They had her tag she wasn't going to get away.

The officers were there to help another customer get into her locked vehicle...they in no way ever thought they would run into this kind of incident...Did he overreact when the car hit him? I'm sure this will be revealed in the investigation...
But none of this happens if they pay for the bags of liquor...and when they chose not to, cooperate with the police who were there investigating an incident at the request of an employee...

There were multiple other people that hit their store at the same time. None of them including her had license plates on the cars including her.

And no this is not a racial thing for me, moron. This is a you should not run your car into ANYONE specially a police officer who is telling you to get out of your car NO MATTER WHAT RACE YOU HAPPEN TO BE. I taught my kid to always comply with an officer and if he does something wrong complain to his boss or take him to court. This woman was a idiot. I have already said I thought this cop placing himself as a barricade in front of the car was stupid. Even if it was a stupid thing to do it was more stupid to ram him with the car.

No tag on car! Hell that changes everything. The police would never be able to follow a car without a tag. Was the car in stealth mode so the cops couldn't see the make model and color?
The point is it was petty theft and the cop was overzealous in his actions. And yes I believe it was racial.

That is all accurate...And it was not a racial thing for anyone...but the people making judgments here...and those are based on their personal hate for people posting here...not the actual incident...
A tragedy that could have been avoided...the first time she refused to comply with the police she went to jail, btw...why she would be so defiant this time is beyond belief... Just a series of tragedies so easily avoided...with not the best judgement on the part of everyone involved...

Where? Just about every place has security these days...but not "Police"...as far as I know...
No vest necessary...you won't want to cover the t-shirt you pick up from the gift shop there...if you have a favorite rocker, that is...
It is not hard to get tickets to an Indians game....;)

She was being investigated for an alleged shoplifting...which would have required her to go into the store with the officers to resolve the situation... The investigation will reveal whether the car without plates played a part...the other people with her were parked elsewhere and left...but she was right outside the store exit....
Everything is on video....there will be a through investigation....this is a very unusual and unfortunate situation...

So after being knocked to the ground "Buffalo Bill" was able to miraculously fire a single bullet through the windshield killing the woman. He puts every Seal sniper I have ever met to shame.

...not to mention he was standing in a place that both put himself in danger, but escalated a shoplifting suspect into a fatal police shooting of DWB.

The reality is that he was 100% wrong and stupid to stand in front of a running car and point a gun at the head of an alleged SHOPLIFTER.
