More video evidence has been released... this tragedy could have easily been avoided if there had been no theft to begin with... if you pay for your items Kroger's won't have to contact the police too investigate the situation...

I don't agree with the policeman putting himself as a barrier in front of the car. That is just dumb and very dangerous. But the woman running her car into him is even dumber.

She left the bottles of booze in the store so no theft! Worst case should have been attempted shop lifting. Sorry the cops fucked up plain and simple.

If you look at the body cam on the shooter he was no more than two feet from the car. If she had intended to hit him she would have! Stomp on the gas and he is hit before he can react. Sorry sport this was a bad call on the cops.

And that is exactly why the tragedy escalated as it did... she didn't cooperate she was belligerent she was defiant and then she moved the car into the officer.. this was not the first time that she had defied police orders but that's another story..
She had a warrant out for her arrest and that's another story... no one here is saying that she deserved what happened but if you put yourself into that kind of situation it is very likely that things may not end well... you can be sure that the officers were not looking to end a life that day they were there to help someone open up a car door...
