When you start driving your car into a police officer even as they have told you several times to stop, you've put yourself in a very volatile position. The question always is: why won't you stop when law enforcement have guns aimed at you if you have nothing to hide??

The car was aimed at an officer, she became a deadly threat by driving into him. He countered with his own deadly force.
