Most corrupt politicians of 2009 named by Judicial Watch

The persecution of innocent Uighurs is certainly a transgression.

The suppression of news of tainted milk is certainly a transgression.

Execution of politicians and businessmen accused of taking bribes is certainly a trangression.

Detaining individuals for exercising their rights to freedom of association, freedom of religion and freedom of expression is certainly a transgression.

Torturing prisoners is certainly a trangression.

The treatment of Tibet is certainly a transgression.

No innocent persons were persecuted.

News of food contamination was not withheld.

Crimes which merit death under law are legally punished after judicial reviews.

USA certainly tortures. This is why your obese citizens quake when a Christmas ornament appears on an aircraft?

What treatment of Tibet? Be specific.

My innocence? I seek out information from numerous sources. I am willing to admit the faults of my nation, and seek to make changes so that the transgressions will not be repeated.

You accept the word of your gov't and no one else. You are unwilling to admit any faults in your gov't and so allow the transgressions to continue.

I am part of a force that protects. You are part of a force that hides and assists continued transgressions.

The poster known as golden_shower, would give Mao Zedong a blowjob.

Innocent Uighurs fled your country because of abuses.

News that contaminated milk was sold was removed from the news by the chinese gov't.

Receiving bribes is not an offense for which any civilized nation executes people.

Those who torture in the US are subject to investigation and prosecution. But this has nothing to do with the unwillingness to take risks with the lives of airline passengers.

Why should innocent people flee?

Show evidence that the authorities colluded to keep tainted milk secret.

China has been a civilized nation for 4000 years. Corruption is a betrayal of the people's trust and the laws of the people demand justice. How do you presume to pass judgment on our ways?

Ask the families of the Iraqis slaughtered by your Blackwater mercenaries about USA's 'investigation and prosecution'.

Why should innocent people flee? When they are persecuted, of course.

The evidence is on one of the links I provded earlier today.

I presume to pass judgement on anyone who think execution is a just punishment for theft or accepting bribes. The age of your country has no bearing on it.

Ask the families of the soldiers guilty of such torture about where they live now? Many are in Leavenworth Prison.

I find it amusing that you see anyone who makes accusations against the US as telling the truth, but anyone who makes accusations against China is a liar.

I am not so myiopic or so hypocritical.

Cowboy Bush also imprisoned terrorist Uyghurs in Guantanamo prison. Did you protest this?

The riot in Urumqi revealed the violent and terrorist nature of the separatist World Uyghur Congress leader Rebiya Kadeer.

The riot has destroyed the spiritual support with which the terrorist, separatist and extremist forces cheated the people to participate in the so-called 'Jihad'. The incident also revealed Rebiya's nature of fake human rights, fake democracy, true violence and true terrorism.

All Party members should take the strongest measures to deal with the enemies' attempt at sabotage and keep regional stability. We must always bear in mind that national unity is our lifeline.

I certainly did protest the imprisonment at Gitmo of those who had not been found guilty by trial.

You, however, are claiming that all Uighurs in China are terrorists. Bigotry is most unbecoming.

National unity is just propaganda designed to keep a population from questioning its leaders. It is ignorance of truth.

I did not make such a claim.

Every time I have made a statement about the Uighurs fleeing China after being persecuted, you resorted to comments about the riots. Even though, as stated in the link I provided, many of those fleeing were not anywhere near the riots nor have they been shown to be complicit in them.

20 Uygurs caught in Cambodia had been smuggled into the country and they applied for asylum at the UN refugee agency office in Phnom Penh.

Liu Nanlai, vice director of the Chinese Society of International Law, told the Global Times "It is reasonable and legitimate for Cambodia to send back those illegal migrants," Liu said, adding that suspects who abscond their homeland to avoid punishment don't qualify as refugees.

"China has the jurisdiction of Chinese suspects. The Chinese judicial review will decide the suspects' crimes according to laws," Liu said, adding that China operates under the rule of law. "Any human rights organizations and individuals have no right to interfere."

"The international community would not abide criminals at large in another country after they violated laws in their own countries," said Li Wei, a security strategist at the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations.

"The international refugee protection system should not be a haven for criminals to evade legal sanctions," Chinese foreign ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said last week, adding that the Uygurs in question were involved in crimes, and relevant Chinese authorities were verifying and investigating the situation.

So you wish to maintain that only 20 Uighurs have fled China?
