Genesis 1:29

Yurt is a spineless jellyfish almost as weak as southerncoward. A teabagger wouldn't call lynching racist. Liberals call 8x more minorities arrested for pot when whites are majority of users racist.

what is the rationale for keeping marijuana illegal? and do you support the repeal of the prohibition on alcohol?

In the long run I can't honestly say it makes that much difference to me.....I just get annoyed with the clamor that "we can't be expected to comply with the law because we don't want to"......if people want to change the law, change the law.....but don't think you can violate it with impunity until you have.....that puts you on a par with those who kill abortion providers, except they have a stronger moral ground......

I'm aware. Top stated that they were originally based on racism, which I defended. Today it's about the status quo and allowing the government more free reign in controlling your life.

and, if you read my posts, I stated I thought he was talking about Prohibition......I've never given any consideration of why drugs were outlawed, nor do I care.....thus, you wasted several posts "defending" him......

I'm not surprised your ignorant on the origins. Read up on it, take you five minutes and your bile at me will be lessened for sure.

my "bile" at you has nothing to do with whether I have wasted my time looking up the origins of the ban on drugs......I don't like you because you're an illiterate ass with misconceptions of superiority.....:pke:

Ignorance is bliss and false prophet you are blissfull.

you rail against drugs, but are ignorant on the topic.

fuck you and your bible you retard

You don't have to change the law, you can simply use Jury nullification to make the law null. If people believe that the law is wrong but the representatives won't change it there is other recourse.

uh....no

you don't think that acting to protect the life of the innocent provides a stronger moral ground than "it makes me feel good"....

its not on par, its totally different and i wouldn't compare them at all

you're comparing murdering another human being to save another (which is still hotly debated) with smoking pot....good lord

I'm comparing disobeying the law to protect human life (whether you admit it is a human being or not) versus disobeying the law to get high......

i understand that, but wouldn't you agree that there are degrees in the law, and that disobeying one law can not always be compared to disobeying another.....for example, refusing to sit in the back of the bus....are you going to now compare that to your comparison of protecting life?

as I stated in the first instance....I am weighing moral grounds.....protecting human rights would rank much higher than getting high, but still lower than protecting human life.....

as the issue is still debated, thus it is not unequivocally settled whether a fetus is a human life....thus, you're talking about potential murder, killing someone for ending a non human life, further....you're comparing KILLING someone to smoking some reefer....i can't even believe you would make any moral comparison to that

why aren't you complaining about those who did not sit in the back of the bus? why aren't you comparing that to protecting human life? how dare they break the law just because they want to sit a few feet further up on a bus....damn law breakers....besides, everybody knows all the cool kids sit in the back anyways

???.....it's only an abortion provider...it's not like it's someone who's life is worth preserving......shucks, nobody had any problem about executing McVeigh and he only took out 400 or so.....a well organized abortionist takes out that many a week.....

???...are you trying to equate getting high with protecting racial equality?.....if I had used not sitting in the back of the bus as an example instead of killing abortionists, I still would have used it to mock stoners....

:palm:

obviously this is going no where....yeah, i'm trying to equate getting high with racial equality....i said why aren't you complaining about it and using it in your analogies....afterall you said you don't like people breaking the law because they want to, so its clear you disagree with those who didn't sit at the back of the bus:

I just get annoyed with the clamor that "we can't be expected to comply with the law because we don't want to".

you're in a pickle and no amount of spin is going to save you

fine I will use sitting in the back of the bus as an example......you use drugs and they sat in front of the bus.....you both break the law....their motive is enforcing equal rights, your motive is to fuck up your brain.....that puts you on par with them, only they have higher moral ground.....

satisfied?.....
