Fani Willis unleashes the Kraken: Trump and 18 others indicted on racketeering charge

We fight, We win, Am Yisrael Chai
Former President Donald Trump and a long list of alleged co-conspirators were indicted late on Monday night on felony racketeering charges by a grand jury in Atlanta over Trump's efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state.

In a 98-page document naming 19 different defendants (as well as roughly 30 unindicted co-conspirators, along with "others not named"), Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis outlined a large-scale alleged conspiracy to keep Trump in power through corrupt tactics following the 2020 presidential election. In addition to Trump, the indictment names well-known Trump confidants and advisers — including Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, Kenneth Chesebro, Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell — as well as several Georgia Republican officials allegedly involved in either the "fake elector" scheme or in breaching the voting systems in rural Coffee County.

Yawn. Is that it? When can we expect that trump will be indicted for world hunger? Climate change? Kidnapping the Lindbergh baby? Killing JFK? The black plague? Killing Jesus?

Never, as most intelligent, educated and sane people know, Yak. OTOH, you'll be able to see him show up for arrest this week along with his fellow traitors.

Oh believe me, they aren't done filing ridiculous charges against him.

You think it's okay for a sitting President to pressure local election officials to "find" votes?

Your examples don't even qualify as strawmen.

Guano, you couldn't join the nine other threads on the same topic? Attention starved, party of one, your table is ready.

The Kraken has been unleashed...and Trump can't pardon himself from State convictions. LOL

Just don't read the threads. No reason to get all upset about it.
Legion is getting weaker daily.

Remember when he posted thread like this?

The Wichita Police Department arrested 41-year-old Matthew McFarren for unlawful voluntary sexual relations in violation of K.S.A. 21-5512.

The police department said it was notified in March of possible sexual relations occurring between McFarren and a 16-year-old.

On March 20, the Kansas Highway Authority stopped McFarren on I-35 in Sumner County for a regular traffic violation. He was arrested on a warrant following the investigation.

Towards the end, all he could do is post videos and cartoons. Sad.

It's irrelevant what I think all that matters is what the law says and can you prove it. I doubt you can.

They are only meant to point out the current indictments are no less asinine.

Want to make a prediction on the outcomes?

I predict there will be many deals, guilty pleas, maybe a no contest or two, but for those that go to trial, the “not guilty” verdict will be rare.

And you predict “exonerations” across the board, don’t you? Because none indicted did anything wrong.

Since Willis took office, they have a 90% conviction rate. I strongly doubt Georgia prosecutors and Grand Jury would go after Trump unless they had the goods on him. Trump is toast and he's worried. Expect him to ramp up the heated rhetoric hoping for riots, mass murder and attacks on innocent Americans.
