it places restrictions on poll watchers....if there is misconduct on the part of the poll watcher.....it also provides how to notify the designated poll watchers when and where counting shall be conducted........show me where the officials can count ballots after the poll watchers are informed counting is done for the day.....

There is nothing in there about a right to unrestrained observation. It specifically gives the manager or superintendent the right to restrain observers in certain conditions.

To his credit, I doubt he did. IMO, Pmp is sinking into elderly dementia. He used to be something better(?) but is now paranoid and aggressively hateful.

I've been on JPP for a couple years now and have observed several members. Pmp's behavior has deteriorated. It's no secret that the basic demographic of JPP is elderly Euro-American males. It's only a matter of time before we all die. For some, this eventuality makes them very, very angry.

it does say there is a right to observation however........none of your conditions for restrictions are relevant.....why didn't the investigators even ask why?......pretty fucked up investigation wasn't it?...

Yeah, they have to stay a few feet away. How would it work if they were looking over your shoulder or sitting next to you? They have to be far away enough to not interfere in the process.

and your law school is the wrapper from an order of fish and chips....when I got my education there, the Valparaiso School of Law was highly rated.....not my problem if a bunch of mindless lib'ruls fucked it up afterwards.....
