but it wasn't the only state where the constitution was violated now, was it......in PA the PA Supreme Court held it violated the state constitution......in WI the WI Supreme Court found it violated the US constitution.......procedures not permitted by state law were used in AZ and MI.......I didn't create an unconstitutional election......I was just one of the first to notice it......

I know you can't because we have been over this before. We know what happens to lawyers that misrepresent the law. Are you sure you are a lawyer?

using procedures which were NOT passed by the GA legislature IS a violation of the US constitution......cite the provision of GA law that permits county election officials to reopen sealed ballots and restart counting after the observers have been told counting has stopped for the day and will resume the next morning.....and of course individuals can violate the constitution, if they are acting in govermental capacity, such as election official counting ballots......I would say ONLY a person acting in a governmental capacity CAN count ballots........

You keep claiming to be a lawyer yet you can't understand why Trump's lawyers and SCOTUS didn't declare the election was rigged or that the states did anything wrong.
