I don't know where you got that but i have not seen it. Be careful it is not a derp source.

I can tell you it is very rare, to never, that a plea agreement would prevent using anything found that is 'deeper' or 'further incriminating' that is NOT disclosed and covered by the plea agreement. the whole point is that if you 'come clean and admit everything then you are protected' and NOT that anything you hid well from us is protected.

And that is because in the early days of plea agreements decades ago they would give blanket immunity to get cooperation, assuming the crime they were investigating was the most serious one, and then the person would be found to have done something much worse but then they could not prosecute it. Thus why 'qualified immunity' was born in to the system and is used now.

no evidence to suggest fraudulent ballots were scanned and counted in the final tabulated results

Yeah, I agree. I've done enough court work myself not to buy it at face value. The argument surfaced yesterday on MSNBC. The commentator suggested the agreement would allow him to avoid putting documents in evidence that could implicate others, including Trump. There was puzzlement all around that he caved considering the damage it does to him.

What you will see is PMP, hand wave away those FINDINGS and the FINDINGS disclosed by the US Attorney in the video i provided while he provides NOTHING that supports his conspiracy theory views, that he heard on OAN or some derp media that he found so convincing.


Investigative FINDINGS are matter of fact and have been used on the court records in many of the 60+ cases Trump and his derps lost in court and yet PMP will pretend he evidence and we do not.

It is a trolls defense who knows he has lost, again, but cannot accept it.

well, there IS video of her violating constitutional law......you know, conducting an election in a manner not permitted by the state legislature......that seems to be something you consistently disregard.....

Wait, is "US Attorney under the Biden administration' a way to discredit this Republican former US attorney who was elected Republican in the Georgia House prior to that?

Is this a claim that the day after Biden took office all the Republicans appointed by Trump or any prior admin just stopped being Republicans?

And before i link you to anything first explain why his clear and concise words are not enough? He states as clear as he can his FINDINGS that upon his Investigation conclusion they 'found that the claimed suitcase were actually official lock boxes'.

You want something, then give something. I already provided you the proof you were asking for in terms of these 'Findings'.

I'm guessing you didn't read the rest of the report.
She refused to answer questions about social media posts she didn't make without her lawyer present.
The person that made the social media posts pretending to be Freeman was questioned later by the FBI and admitted to making the posts.
 
I can see that it doesn't matter how much evidence people post completely debunking the "suitcases under desks" claim, which was comical to begin with.

Big Lie believers have their story - and they're sticking to it.

One thing I know for sure: neither Trump nor Giuliani looked into the facts of this for a single second before deciding to turn the lives of selfless election workers upside down. Because they were just so mad about losing.

nope.....just pointing out that while the credibility of the US Attorney's office is twice that of yours, it still is less than acceptable.....meanwhile you still seem to be acknowledging that no one has even put her under oath to answer these important questions.....

that would be the investigation where they asked her questions that she refused to answer until she spoke to an attorney and they never went back and asked her again......your whataboutism lacks something to be about.....
